That phase taught us something the industry has spent two decades trying to understand. It's how you make it fit the audience. And the how is what builds an audience. And in this market, you need to be seen as making a difference.

The one-hit wonder is done. A single viral moment doesn't carry. What carries is the ability to consistently resonate. Campaign after campaign, year after year.
